After waiting almost 2 months, finally my rezeki came. Alhamdulilah. I knew that with my results, I will find it hard to secure a job. But alhamdulilah, dengan rahmatNya, my opportunity came all within one week. 2 weeks ago, I was deciding whether I should venture as a HSE (Health Safety Environment) engineer since chem engineers did alot of that. When opportunity came, I was utterly shocked. I send out my resume on a sunday and receive a call 2 days later who later asked me to come down for an interview the day after.  I only have one night to prepare for the interview since I came home from TTSH work at 9pm. So I search high and low on all information regarding HSE we learnt during my undergraduates days. So the next day came and after the first interview by the HR, a Safety Manager from the Safety Department came down and wanted to have another interview with me. There, he asked various questions regarding HSE and then took 40 minutes explaining the career paths, probation period, bonuses, courses that i will have to attend next January and how many positions he wanted to fill. He kept mentioning that he wants to put me under Regulatory Department to do policy works because he found my ENGRISH powderful. Haha. That was a good sign I hope. When I left, I realised my chances was slim because they did mention about my honours yang kurang memuaskan. (not that impressive). So that evening I met nisaa at Tampines to chill out and suddenly received a call for that job offer. He mentions that I was the better ones out of the whole candidates and I fit the job well. Alhamdulilah. Interestingly, they want me to put pen to paper my signature for the contract just the next morning and to go for medical check up as well. There, I sought out the salary and all other nitty gritty stuffs. So on that Friday, my career was sorted out. I sujud syukur the moment I came home and thanked Allah for his guidance and I pray that He "murahkan rezeki" so that the next BIG step in my life can take place... kan Nisaa???? wrote on 1:31 pm.
