Looking beyond the exams

Yes it is.. the EXAMS are so near, i am shivering right now. This is my second last semester and hence my second last hurdle to progressing to the next stage of life which i mean the "working world". I have been told of many stories and depictions of the suffering of waking up early constantly and dragging one's feet to the workplace having already in mind on what to do when one get back from work.

Well its not time to worry much about that. Que sera sera. For now, gotta enjoy waking up any time i feel like its time to go to campus and having the luxury of a 2hr lunch break if i deemed necessarily hungry beyond my wildest desires.

For me this year, EXAMS = STUDY SMART + EXERCISES.

Study will tire your brain and exercises relaxes ur brain (and tire your muscles!)

Amidst Studying, i managed to come across interesting stuffs.

Remember SPICE GIRLS?

Im aint a fan at all (except during the sec 1 days) but.....

The Spice Girls stage their first performance since reforming earlier this year at the Victoria's Secret fashion show in Los Angeles yesterday. The gig was held at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood - the home of the Oscars. So, at last these bunch of old women are back together (some still looks HOT) and trying to defy the critics. Well so sorry to say this but i bet only a few appreciate them coming 2gr again.

Cmon, u girls have reached your prime. Seriously i prefer them as separate entities.

Tim Cahill's bicycle kick!

Out of so many beautiful shots, the bicycle kick is my favourite especially when you managed to kick it at the sweet spot of the ball and it went nicely into the net. Such wonders!

The history of the love for bicycle kick came way back when our ex-National player, Sundram scored one in 1993. That perfected cross and the execution of that mid-air kick is one not to forget.

ASIAN IDOL!!

this ASian IDol Is taking Asia by storm..

It features idol winners from countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Phillipines competing to crown THE ASIAN IDOL.

Though im not such a huge fan of Idol series but i think this is good portrayal of national pride in the form of our second Singapore Idol, Hady Mirza competing against the best from other countries.

Set to be held on December 15 to 16, 2007 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
