After a wonderful 1 week in-camp training at Jurong camp for my 3rd reservist cycle, life has since changed. Being back in camp with my battalion brings back plenty of memories. Everyone has a direction in life already. Many has since married, engaged, found jobs and got themselves a girlfriend at least. Me and my fellow commanders spent hours at night during our free time recalling our tough moments back during NS days and piecing up stories of our past funny instances. Those were the days! The 1 week ICT also puts me in a different light. I passed my IPPT with a silver after a 3 years absence! And whats sweet is the fact that I didnt train for that. Purely mind over body. Then comes the marksmanship which my section attained after we put together the highest score for the night shoot in the whole company! Thanks guys, we are just as great as ever. lol! So, what can be more happier than getting 400 bucks just for that achievements... But now, when reservist is over and i found myself jobless, life has turned into a struggle. Should I or should i not get a part time job? Should I or should i not get a job which is not my major? But with every effort we put in, i believe God has a path for everyone. For the time being, I guess I should just continue searching and pray that one of those I applied could fall into my hands. But now................................ ANYONE WANTS TO JOIN ME FOR SINGAPORE BAY RUN 2008??? I want to take part in this annual run for the first time and hope to be in the non-competitive 10km run. ok i know that I havent jog any further than 2.4 km in 2 years but I believe in 1 month, I can run train to run 10km in at 1 hour or less? The semangat is there after my 2.4km IPPT during my in camp coz i didnt stop running. Fuyoo.. ANyone interested, can check out here Its on 24 August 2008 at Esplanade Drive. And Registration before 30 June is cheaper than before 31 july so why wait... I Need buddies to run sama2 laaa...
