Part 2 of Round Malaysia trip
Im supposed to send this post up a few days ago but I got caught up with datelines and reports to be submitted before recess week which happens next week.
So continuing from where I had left....... our next destination was the in the heart of KL. The coach brought us to EYE on Malaysia. Similar to what Singapore has except that it is almost half as tall, Eye on Malaysia has more interesting stuffs around them. Standing at 60m above sea level, Eye on Malaysia gives a different perspective of landscape in KL. Cheaper rates are a bonus (RM15) and the inclusion of live performances nearby gives this destination a thumbs up from me!

It has become a common trait in most countries to have this ferris wheel as part of their attraction.

Abit blurred because I tried to use nightvision mode and it failed on me. "shaky hands"

Live performances by a foreign artist group which showcased their acts on flexible poles!
By the time we left this place, it was already 10+ pm and the journey towards kelantan continues. Our night was spend in the bus. The bus arrives close to 5am at Kelantan and this is where we had Subuh and washed up before having b'fast. Language in Kelantan has always been a hindrance to us, Singaporeans. I had so much difficulties trying to communicate using their "accent" because I dont want to be known as a Singaporean or orang Johor laah.
In some provinces, the accents are thicker and you really cannot understand unless you listen slowly. Letter A is changed to O and they really have no imbuhan in their Malay. Try speaking Kelantan and you will know. Try these below!!!
Tohok = buang
rhukah = panjat
Ghohok = susah, payah
hungga = lari
cuwoh = curah
getek/etek = juga
tepoh = langgar
tubik = keluar
SIAK DUK GGOBAR = Jangan risau.. Don't worry, be happy!!!
IDAK KO = cuma
WAK GGOGHI = Bagi memulakan sesuatu.. to start with

In Kelantan at abt 6am.

The morning dew covers the whole area!

A view of one of Kelantan river while on the way to our hotel!

A family picture taken outside Hotel Perdana. There, we meet A. Samad Said, a sasterawan negara Malaysia dining with us for breakfast! That night we met Nik Aziz (PAS boss) near our hotel because of a street celebration held there..

MAcam biasa, must have a picture of myself in the Hotel!! ahhaa...
