What happens the week before my engagement....

Yup, I ran an 8km challenge organized by Chai Chee CC with Faisal with no apparent training whatsoever. Caught up with work and injuries, i had no time to train. As compared to Bay Run 10km where I had done some runnings to keep my legs fresh, this one was done just to lose some fats, get a Tshirt, run a decent timing and clock another mini-marathon under my belt.

I ran with the front pack just to make sure I didnt drop too much distance by the time I hit 5km mark at Bedok Camp.

All in all.. it was done in 45mins for me... A dreadful timing but considering we have to stop at traffic lights, I guess this one is another good run. At least I didnt stop jogging when my socks starts to get wet and my music in my mp3 starts to repeat again.
