A look into my 10km training schedule.Alhamdulillah, up till now Raihan (joe kool) and Faisal (fuso) have joined forces with me to do the non-competitive 10km Bay Run 2008 organized by Safra. Its going to be my first ever run (after NS) so I hope I wont be sick or have problems getting leave/off if im working.
I went for my first full run at Bedok Reservoir for a distance of 4.3km on Sunday evening and clocked a decent
23mins 10s. Im not sure if this is too slow for novice runners so I need someone to tell me la.

"need to start jogging every morning!"
For those who also yearn to try a 10-km run, you can check out
HERE.Currently, Im using this 8 week schedule to pace my trainings and see whether I can hit a sub-50mins for my first full 10km run. If u are reading this post, I should have just started my first week of training. In between running days, I will still train at the gym to keep the upper body fit! haha.. nak gain weight pe!!
But a HUGE Thanks to Fuso who always share information on running techniques, trainings, shoes and running apparels etc. These have got me so hyped! By mid of July, I will put aside some money to get a proper running shoe.
So.......Now Im looking into Asics TN705 which is Asics MOST popular enthusiast running shoe due to it's comfort and fit features.
BTW, i just realised that my bike seat has been circumcised by some strangers who scraped part of the cushion tip after it was minimally exposed due to wear and tear from Bike Rally 2008. Sigh. Now i have to purchase another seat for my old bike. Damn!
