Visit to the Crystal Mosque, Terrenganu
A picture paints a thousand words. I have alot here so that correlates to a few thousands words behind these pictures. A visit to the crystal mosque on its opening day was indeed eye opening. Everyone (including women and children) is allowed to gather, sit around, take pictures and ogle at the splendor of the architecture of the mosque.
Since the mosque is yet to be fully functional on its opening day, the musollah is open for all sexes to come and view the musollah and its kubah. It is proposed by the Terrenganu state that the crystal mosque is to be situated in a zone where they would wanna call it "Tamadun Islam" or Islamic Civilization park.
Aside from the main attraction of the Crystal Mosque, miniatures of other grand Islamic icons from countries as far as Africa are being built nearby.
The mosque sits on Pulau Wan Man, Terrenganu.
Visitors packed the entrance to the mosque. Oh and there are even chinese families coming in to view.
