2nd RESERVIST ICT OVER
It has been 2 weeks since i last updated this blog due to my reservist commitments for 2 weeks @ tanjong gul camp which nearly kills me.
That miserable 2 weeks saw me being appointed Company Recce Team Commander on top of my usual section commander role in Army. this additonal role puts on more responsilibilities !! I have not had any scout training in army so i have to say i hated this role.

Nonetheless, its OVER. The company mission and Battalion missions which lasted 2 and 4 days respectively drains every bit of energy left in me. I came back with heat rashes all over my body. The jungle training brings back so many memories but hell, i can barely survive this one.
Returning back to camp can only be positive when you meet up with old friends, commanders, the men and my platoon. But thats about all the positivity. Training wise, i had no comments. Its tough, still. Being regarded as the BEST infantry during my NSF days pressures the whole battalion to do equally well even during the NS days. sigh.
Im pretty amazed i got through this ICT with a broken wrist which is so VIABLE for downgrade status from the army. i guess i wont put it off for a downgrade but rather train my left arm to be stronger and be part of this group of army friends who went through so much for 720 SIR.
now, its time to get back to civilization.
