"Arrrgghhhh.. PSLE results are out..."
Amidst the busy schedule mugging for my exams just like every other uni guys/gals, something BIG has arrived. the PSLE results. Not that i have kids who are taking PSLE or my younger sisters... hehe... Actually its my tuition kid that i have been teaching since early this year together with his little brother who is now p5. SO i called and asked how much he gets Deep down i know that his results will 'somehow' determine my fate in teaching his little brother another year. Urgh!!!
So he gets...... A for Science, A for English, A for Malay and A* for MAths. and a pass for Higher Malay. My verdict: NOT BAD... but his aggregate is only 233. But alhamdulilah i said to myself. But abit disappointed coz i know he can do better.
So i guess this kid can get what he wants from his mom. Literally anything. He and his little bro have had xbox crystal 360 and ps2 just for passing end of year exams. Waaahhh.... so jeles!!! Recently when he got good marks for common test je, his mom got him a creative mp3. His uncle got him an original Arsenal Jersey and his dad gave money. I kinda like how this family use rewards for good results they obtained. During my primary school days, i remember how my family uses another tactic. Punish if u do badly. laaaaahh....
One interesting thing to take note is that these tuition kids of mine mature too fast for their age. They purposely asked me," abang what is orgasm?" i was like.."WHAT!" so i told him to go find the dictionary coz i dont wanna answer that! urghhh... many other sexual questions that they asked i just replied simply.."Why dont u ask your parents?" and.....they just keep quiet. Hahaha...
Well to my dear tuition kid Matin, congrats on your PSLE results and may u excel in your future. C ya someday IF i still continue teaching your little bro for the third year running.
